Windows 10 BYOD users may encounter problems in which the Rodecaster is not detected properly by Windows.

This is mainly caused by an out of date Windows installation.

Please make sure that Windows is updated to at least release 1703.

To check this, please head to Settings - System - About and scroll down to Windows specifications. If you have a version higher than 1703 you should be good to go. If not you will have to update your computer to the latest version.
