The Recording Pod is currently available for booking via an Exchange resource calendar. Currently all SBS Academic staff should be able to book the pod. If you do have trouble, please get in touch and we will strive to resolve the issue promptly.
If you haven't already, you may check the availability of the pod by adding the resource as a shared calendar.
Please make sure for bookings that you create the meeting in your own calendar and then invite the resource as an attendee. You will not be able to book the pod via creating an event in the resource calendar.
Please note: We will block off access to the pod when there is large scale activities in W313B. You may still book the resource but you do so at your own risk.
